Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was great and accommodating. Had to cut trip short by one day and refund was handled quickly.

Very loud guests and unconcerned staff not willing to address it and was perfectly ok with me checking out and asking for a refund. Hot tub smelled like a sewer and the pool was ice cold. Yeah. First time at a Hampton Inn. Last time. Overpriced hotel with cheap motel clientele, upkeep, and staff. You can get any of this at any motel for half the price or less. Hilton needs to check this place.

The staff was very professional. They made sure you had everything you need during your stay. The hospitality crew made sure the rooms were immaculate. I have no complaints. We always love our stays at the Hampton Inn.

The room was not clean as there was a sock on the floor and candy wrappers on the side of the refrigerator. Thick layer of dust on the bedside lamp. There was no hairdryer in the room and two of the three towels had holes on them. The floor tile was lose and coming up and the carpet edges were torn. Very poorly maintained facility. The fire alarm went off every morning at 8:02 am for 10-20 seconds, so the facility knew it was going to happen.
Even though it was Thanksgiving weekend, they said the rooms would be cleaned every other day. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and the room was not cleaned while we were there.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the price of the room. I have stayed in much nicer “fleebag” hotels for much less.
I will say that the staff were nice and friendly.

Room had sheets from previous guest. Black. Hair and gross stained blankets. Run down room with something gross spilled on fabric blinds. Got out of there and moved to a cleaner place.

Hotel was ok but shabby. Needs lots of tlc and updating. Wallpaper torn on wall. Burned out lights in bathroom. Less than good bedding. Tired and worn out. Staff was great.

Advertised room with whirlpool bathtub that was not functioning. The room didn’t have a shower door. The jets in the hot tub by the pool did not function at all.

Side entrance key entry does not work. Only one elevator working while we were there. Ice machine not working on 4th floor. Orange juice and coffee very weak. Front desk staff very professional. Bed was comfortable. Room clean.

Room was comfortable but the large cockroach greeting me in the morning was not cool.
