I was checked into 2 rooms that were not cleaned. Then requested additional sheets for a king bed and was provided 3 sets of queen sheets 3 different times forcing me to walk back to front desk for due to my phone not working inside my room. House keeping never arrived during my entire weekend stay. 1 of the front desk staff (the younger guy) worst customer service
Bartenders were great food was great.

The service here is bad. Hot water only works sometimes, door keys only work sometimes, nasty mold in coffee maker tray. Room was not turned down so we were left with no clean towels or coffee and i was told it was my fault for not requesting it. The hotel checked me out after 1 night on my 2 night stay and locked us out of our room. This was my fault for some reason again, even though i spoke to the front desk upon my arrival and was assured my reservation was for 2 days. Battery in the room door lock went bad. I had to go to the front desk 3 times on a 2 day stay, and every time it was never their fault. we won’t be returning to this hotel.

I was in room 157, which is located right next to what i think was a machine room. Was bot able to sleep at all, lots of noise and the room had a very weird smell, I had to get an air freshner because I could not stand the smell.
Dont think Ill be staying here again.

The lighting is perfect in these rooms. The room was a little small and bathroom was tiny but nice. The room we got was right next to a service door so it was a little loud. Will return next time i will just ask for something not by a door. Very clean and felt great otherwise.

唯一的缺点是，退房时本应退还25美元押金，结果却额外扣了65美元。虽然给客服写邮件后已经解决了，但心里总归还是有点不舒服。

位置、清洁度，甚至酒店的建筑风格都很棒。感觉仿佛穿越到了另一个时代，却又不失其经典，也没有“老派”的感觉。相反，我觉得酒店的装饰非常漂亮。
酒店设施也非常舒适，房间带有露台，可以俯瞰泳池。床、盥洗台和卫生间都很舒适。一切都很棒。
