Elevator was out, water filtration system was not working, so you couldn’t drink the water and the breakfasts were poor. They used Mr. Coffee pots for coffee and they were always empty. Will not be staying here again. I feel like the elevator and water filtration issues should have been mentioned at booking!

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only little problems we had was bathtub fixtures were loose, and the ice machine was broke everybody there was helpful and friendly.

The hotel seems to be under construction or going through renovations. The elevators didn’t work. The ice machine was broken, so the front desk staff offered to fill the ice bucket with the kitchen ice. The hallway carpeting was noticeably rippled and could cause someone to trip on it. The room seemed very clean with these exceptions: all 3 bottles in the shower were empty (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner). There was also a used face cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. The breakfast was inedible unfortunately. The eggs and potatoes were LOADED with salt. The bacon tasted extremely salty too. The waffle makers still managed to get the waffle mixture stuck on them really bad, even though we sprayed them beforehand…so maybe the spray was old or something? I like this hotel and its staff so I hope these things improve. The front desk young woman that checked us in was kind and welcoming. I like that the hotel has a number of essentials if you forgot them.

Smelled like sewage; elevator not operational; shampoo and shower gel containers were empty and when I asked the front desk for replacements, they had no shower gel. Television and remote were outdated and very difficult to work--couldn't put in channel numbers so it was guesswork how to find stations of interest. Property itself is in the poorest condition of any Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in and needs a complete makeover. We were really surprised at the lack of attention given to excellence. It felt like staying in a Rodeway Inn rather than a Hampton Inn.
