We got a balcony room and it was a quaint little stay for 3 of us. The balcony was small but the windows that opened were a nice touch. The location is great, parking is cheap in a heated garage though it is tiny. The only thing we would recommend is an overhead light in the room as it was super hard to get ready etc without the curtains up or after sun down. Could also use a fan to circulate air as if the air or heater doesn't need to be on, the room gets stale.

My only complaint is paying for parking. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was awesome and the views were beautiful.

The room and bathroom were of adequate size.
The mattress was comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very good.
The underground parking had enough space for medium to large SUVs and was secured.

We booked this hotel primarily because it had a gym. It's a older hotel in good location, providing free breakfast, the staff was friendly, however we found that the room and bathroom had very poor lighting which at times became very annoying. We will probably not stay at this hotel next time due to the lighting.

早餐也包含在内，而且还有室外热水浴缸、桑拿和篝火，气氛特别好。
性价比很高，很满意。
非常好的住宿体验，早餐也很不错。

早餐选择较少，有简单的健身房还不错。
有冰箱 微波炉 浴缸很赞，
一楼交谊厅也有很多位置。
露天泡汤真的很推，而且很干净！！
觉得cp值很高，还有免费车位！！
自驾来班夫很方便，离小镇有一点点距离，
步行大概要15分钟。
不过整体来说还是很推荐的。
我很喜欢从房间阳台欣赏山景。
前台工作人员非常友好。
早餐免费，而且很美味。
我到得很晚，停车场已经满了，他们让我把车停在酒店后面。

干净，配有净水器、冰块和自动售货机。可以免费吃smores，还包含简单的早餐，所以性价比很高。距离主城区需要10-15分钟，但是如果你乘坐每人2美元的公共汽车很快，而且因为下雨，他们甚至还可以借雨伞。我真的推荐它
