The server at the Smittys restaurant was so rude to us, we got treated so badly, even the older couple sitting next to us said that they’re are not coming back and I’m sorry that happened to us.

The staff work so helpful. The facility was clean. So great to have a pool and hot tub. Dinner and breakfast as Smitty's was a great perk.

The hotel is easily accessible, neighbours are gas stations, Tim Horton's and Smitty's restaurant for the hotel's included breakfast. The room was very big and clean, the price was more than reasonable. If I have to stay overnight in the area again, that's where I'm going.

Pool was dirty with hair floating around. Face cloth and shower curtain in room had hair on them. There was an altercation in the room above us that lasted from 10pm to 3am, kept our family up most the night. Constant banging and stomping until 3am. Called down to the front desk twice. They did not do much, said it was not the hotels fault as it was other guests making the disturbance. Overall disappointed in our stay (and exhausted).

Room was great and staff was very friendly. Overall it was a wonderful property. I will definitely stay there again especially now I know they allow dogs.

Our stay was great, however the door from the hotel to Smittys restaurant is locked and very inconvenient when I had booked a hotel that had access to the restaurant for a reason. The sever was a little mean about it and what’s the point of advertising that it has a restaurant attached if you have a locked door in between with a sign on it saying that you must go around to the front door. I didn’t want to have to bundle my kids up to walk around to the front door. If we knew we would have booked a different hotel. Leaving the hotel was not what we had planned and we found it very odd. First time we ever experience that.

Very good value for the money. Our room was enormous, and very well kept. I would say the only downside to this hotel is the proximity of the pool to the lobby, because there is a very strong chlorine scent once you walk through the front doors. But if you can get over that minor inconvenience, everything else was amazing. Staff was nice, rooms are very clean, and the hotel in general is in a good area, clean, and close to food
