My stay lasted a few minutes. ******* had given me the booking even though the hotel was already overbooked. The woman at the desk at the hotel could not have been nicer. The customer service person at *******? She couldn’t deal with anything outside her script, and her script said I’d canceled and must pay a penalty of one night’s stay (I only reserved one night). ******* eventually “agreed to waive the penalty.” We’ll see if the refund actually happens.

Room was clean, parking was great, location wonderful. Staff pleasant. Room 204 bathroom needs a serious refresh.

我到达时应该支付剩余的住宿费用，但有人在我到达前几个小时刷了我的卡并帮我办理了入住手续。当我到达时，被告知我不在抵达名单上，然后才发现我已经办理了入住手续。前台的女士配了一把钥匙，然后去检查房间，确保他们没有不小心把别人安排进去。我回到前台，说房间是空的，然后把钥匙递给了我。我不得不问她是否想看看我的身份证。她看了一眼，表示没问题。我经常旅行，这种情况很不寻常。我没有签署任何东西，她也没有将我的身份证信息输入系统。他们可能需要加强培训。

一切都还好，就是咖啡太差了！！！
上次住的时候也是这样。咖啡加了一半的水才能喝。味道不错，就是太浓了。我喜欢深度烘焙的咖啡。另外，请把华夫饼机带回来。
这家酒店根本不符合快捷假日酒店的通常标准。十年来，我们在这个地方住过好几次，我们意识到我们要放弃了。这家酒店真的需要焕然一新，甚至重新装修！
