Room was ok, trash bins were not emptied from previous guests. Pull out mattress was very worn and stained, bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was not good and not well stocked. Staff was pleasant though.

Great experience, very friendly stuff, super clean, tasty breakfast and big plus that it is possible to open a window even if it is little inches but still sleeping with fresh air. Free parking is also a big plus. Definitely to come back

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional, and was able to answer all of my questions. I liked that I could walk to a nearby Italian restaurant. The facilities really need an update. The gym is pretty sad, and the lightest dumbbell is 15 pounds. My room, although clean, smells like a wet ashtray. The body wash was empty.

people smoking outside property made entrance smell like tobacco, gym facilities subpar with broken benches, no water and dusty weights . Pool under going maintenance and unusable . elevators noisy and was afraid to ride. Customer service desk with limited answers about questions regarding facilities. Would like stay in this marriott affiliate again

The hotel was over run with small children, it was not possible to use the pool. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and hallway throughout the night and day.

We were followed twice by a suspicious person to our room.

The suite was clean, bathroom clean, bed very comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance after a pool party the day before. The elevator was smelling like alcohol, spillage everywhere. Its obvious a location for displaced families. The breakfast was not to my likings. Waffle maker not working, eggs and turkey sausages under cooked. Stick to bagels, yogurt and fruits.

We spent three nights here on our vacation to Scranton. The two bedroom suite with kitchenette was a fantastic fit for our family of five, especially given the reasonable price. Breakfast was also great with a super hard-working and friendly staff member (Karissa) who kept things clean and organized in a busy environment that could have easily turned to chaos. The indoor pool was incredibly small, perhaps the smallest I've seen in a hotel, so if that's important to your family this may not be the best hotel for you. There was also a lot surrounding the hotel (restaurants, a movie theater, some shopping) but no sidewalks so a little more challenging to get around. In particular we were disappointed to realize that despite the proximity to PNC Park there was no real way to walk there and we had to drive and pay for parking.

The room was nice and clean, water pressure in the shower was great. Each room has its own kitchenette. Not a lot of options for breakfast but was good besides for that.
