Staff was amazing and so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were good in that the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The issue was the building itself, hot water took forever to get hot and the roof leaked in the lobby. Overall a good experience but the folks working there need some help from corporate

This is a really loud hotel – also the Internet was out and I had planned on a pretty full night of working. I wish this had been communicated to us at check-in.

The employees at the desk were great. The issue we had was the bed had soiled comforter and kinda smelled. The shower had what appeared to be mold in a couple corners. The breakfast was terrible...I got mine 15 minutes before my wife got her's and her's was terrible, the bread wasn't toasted, The eggs had to be cut with a knife and the butter had just come from the freezer, we declined that and they took it off the bill. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend to others

I worked from the hotel each day and had trouble with the stability of the internet. It kept dropping off periodically right in the middle of meetings.

I did like the location of the hotel, but parking was scarce. We had to park down the street several time. The Starbicks machines did not work the entire stay and breakfast was not complimentary. Also there was not an office or business center where i could go to work in private.

Nice room, a little outdated for the price but nice enough. There's been a pretty awful smell there the last few times we've stayed. Not sure if it's mold from the AC units condensation issue or what. Smell musty/sulphur strong on the first and second floor. Also hard to cool the rooms below 70, grateful for the standup fan in the closet. Staff is friendly, bar staff is great. The pool area was clean and we'll maintained.

I liked the layout of the room. Very spacious.

I didn't like the parking accommodations. They had additional parking across the street, but not very convenient if you have to carry things back and forth.
