I never checked in. I cancelled several weeks before I was supposed to go due to a cancellation in the concert I was to attend in the area. ******* tried to get me a refund since the money for the room had already been paid but management refused even a partial refund. So I will never consider this a place to stay should I have an event in the area in the future.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had at a Hampton Inn. The pool was good, but the gym was small.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I woke up exhausted. The cost of over $300 per night was extremely expensive compared to other hotels in this category.

Nice hotel but a notch down from other Hampton Inns that we have stayed at. Carpets were worn and wrinkled in areas. Not just the same level but decent. Breakfast was pretty good - omelets, waffles (including blueberry batter), sausage, etc.

It would have been a perfect stay except that the desk lamp did not work. When I went down to the front desk, the staff member there did not have a bulb but offered to change my room. I asked to have the lamp changed and she said that was not allowed. As it happened I plugged the lamp in to a different outlet and it worked.

However, I was disappointed by being stonewalled by the night desk person.

Really, really nice stay at the Hampton Inn. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was friendly, professional, and actually happy!

And the breakfast was terrific! So much better than the average "free buffet"at other hotels!

The remote barely worked. The fridge was not cool enough. The pillows smelled old. And the worst thing is they charged my card twice for the same stay. Now I have to take my time to argue the charges. Very dissapointed, I expected better from this chain
