The room (303) has a musty smell. I let the front desk attendant know and he states he would relay the message but nother was done over the next 2 days.
No complimentary fresh coffee. No microwave in the room.

This was the first time we stayed here and man did we enjoy the stay. The rooms were very clean and didnt smell at all. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. We "some how" locked ourselves out of one of our rooms. The maintenance guy came from hime at about midnight to get us in. And, he smiled the entire time. We will definitely be returning for our future stays.

Great stay
This is a very nice hotel. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. The happy hour only runs during the week so that was disappointing. The pool area and lobby are both very inviting.

Hotel staff was wonderful. We were there for a surgery at the hospitals down the street and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Good stay.
The hotel was nice and well taken care of. The front desk worker did not tell us anything about breakfast and the two days we stayed the Starbucks was not open at all. Also, I had to ask for towels from the front desk. There was no room service at all. It is a nice hotel that is in a quiet area. Parking was great. The room was fine but the overall service was mediocre.

非常喜欢这里的位置，安静、干净，员工也很友善！泳池和设施也很棒。唯一的缺点是酒店的酒吧和餐厅都关闭了。
工作人员的服务非常友好，就物业而言，还有很多细节需要修复，比如门、电视、淋浴，有些床不舒服，洗衣房没什么用
房间重新装修过，非常漂亮。前台工作人员很友好，乐于助人。我的房间没有打扫干净，并且为我第二晚住宿补充了咖啡用品。我不得不去前台找他们。只有一包普通咖啡。幸运的是我有一个杯子可以喝。我想我的房间只是被忽视了。
