It was clean from the rooms to the sitting area. The front desk agent was exceptional. He was welcoming and cheerful.

The shower and tub had mold and mildew, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The curtains were in shreds. The room smelled so bad.

Tub wasn’t very clean, there was a a random hair in our tub it was only a couple hours stay so we didn’t even end up using the tub but still expect a certain level of sanitation when we pay money for a room.

In 2025 you must put recent TV monitor with APP bathroom and furniture need some touch up

We have a contract with DirecTV, and while we don't have smart TVs, we understand that they are becoming more popular and common at other properties, so we are considering the upgrade. I also apologize about the coffee. It's not easy finding a blend that everyone likes, but we appreciate the feedback.

Room was clean and modern. Staff was attentive the helpful.
But streetlights outside shine brightly in you eyes on the bed and you cannot close the curtains to block them. Water valve on the tub is hard to turn both ways--needs replacement. Conditioner tube on the shower wall is leaky, dropping conditioner down the wall and puddling in the tub.

The room I stayed in had a strange bathtub that was very slick and had an uneven floor. This caused me to fall and badly bruise my rib cage and back. It definitely needs updated for safety reasons
