Homeless people sleeping in lobby. Alcoholic men LIVING in hotel, want to strike up conversation with guests. Took 4 hours to get towels. Hot water erratic. Vent fan in bathroom runs constantly, no switch, listened to it all night. Will NEVER stay there again because as a single woman on business, I felt very threatened and unsafe.

我很喜欢这里的早餐。然而，房间就完全不一样了。浴室的淋浴间太小，总是漏水。马桶里的水位太高了，每次冲水我都觉得会溢出来。客房服务糟糕透顶，或者说，简直是服务匮乏！！谁听说过哪家酒店不铺床，也不换毛巾呢？至少可以说，我对这家酒店的质量非常失望。我本来以为它会更好，但结果却并非如此！
房间不错，泳池也令人满意，但除了空调质量不佳之外，还有许多安全隐患，例如房卡无法断开；整栋楼到处都是黑色霉菌；室外走道潮湿时很滑；房间内的门把手损坏。一个严重且可能危及生命的安全隐患是，如果被锁在房间里，除了尖叫之外别无他法求助。管理层言不由衷，不守信用，拒绝了承诺的折扣，而这本身就没考虑到情况的严重性。

我有点失望，网上的酒店和实际看到的完全不一样。这个地方需要翻新，房间很老旧，浴室的墙壁破损严重。房间里有一股空调发出的霉味。我只住了一晚，如果时间再长一点，我就退房换酒店了。7.4 的评分是不正确的！
房间很脏。地板和浴室都没打扫过。房间里有两只虫子。窗帘没有挂到墙上，所以房间里非常明亮。空调根本没法制冷，而且房间里还有霉味。此外，走廊里还有狗叫，从深夜到清晨。而且，狗的粪便也没有清理干净。
我们在温德姆的住宿
图片有误导性。房间很小。如果这算是翻新的话，最好考虑换个承包商。要求有步入式淋浴间，结果却装了轮椅通道。淋浴喷头总是卡住。水到处都是。浴室里没有地方放洗漱用品。地板是瓷砖的，床头柜太小，灯也坏了。电子设备接口也不够。不会再来了！
房间没有每天打扫，真是令人震惊。不得不去前台要干净的毛巾。腰篮也没有每天清空。房间还不错，但清洁工作却低于标准，这令人意外。免费早餐还不错。
较旧的房间需要清理，面积不是很大，有人打开了我的卡车后面。
