They met all of our needs with a happy heart. We needed a shower stool and they were prompt to see that we had it in our room. The hotel is clean and a wonderful location with all of the construction taking place in Rockwall. We love staying in that hotel

Everything was fine but there was only 1 coffee and the supplies were not replenished when housekeeping cleaned the room

The room we got faced a restaurant and there were car doors slamming till about 10 pm. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Front employee's were very nice, helpful and polite.
We waited for at least 30 minutes to get eggs because there weren't any out just a watery pan.

Staff was great! Pool was dirty and unusable. Shower was terrible and pillows too soft and mushy.
Breakfast was pretty good.

Musty hotel here.
This hotel smelled old and musty-- probably old carpet. The pool area is poor and messy.. the landscaping was not kept up. This was not the good quality that I have seen in my past Hampton stays over the past year.

I booked a room through ******* with shower, no tub! I got a room with tub and shower. Very disappointing!
