The room and hotel was extremely nice and clean but comfort was awful!!! The bed makes you roll and sink down to the middle and the couch was extremely itchy and uncomfortable!

The guest services personnel were really pleasant and very helpful. It was really nice, quiet and clean. This is the second location that I have stayed at and they both were a great experience.
