It was a beautiful hotel, accommodating. It was unclear until we arrived there were additional parking charges. That was stressful for us. We would come back again, knowing now we need to plan an extra few hundred for parking..

The room coffee supplies were very skimpy. The pay parking was ridiculous. At least the desk clerk could have explained how it worked. I was charged about 25.00 for overnight parking when the sign said 15.00. This is Rockwall Texas, not New York City!
Overall, the hotel is very nice, the bar and restaurant are excellent, and the room was comfortable.

Had to change room due to a ac unit being extremely loud as if there was a motor in my room.
Elevator was not working for 30 minutes.

The elevator being down for 30 minutes on top of that certainly didn’t help. The first room the blinds wouldn't close completely, the emergency lights were very bright and the rooms are noisy,the view was great
