I booked two rooms for a special event in the area. And one of the rooms had lots of bugs and gnats. Was way more than just a lonely bug. So we didn’t enjoy their company and the bugs were all in bathroom as well.
Not good . We did share this as we checked out .

There were roaches in our room, and we ended up not staying the last night and moved to another hotel. The front desk people were not very friendly when I asked a question. Listening to AirPods seemed more important. I will not go back here.

Breakfast service and hotel staff were excellent at providing personal attention to details that benefit patrons, but the hotel condition is waning and needs to be addressed soon. I experienced a loud, stress noise that came from behind the wall every 2 hours throughout the early morning hours and was originally assigned a room that had a broken TV remote and air conditioner. To add misery to my overnight stay, I was evacuated from the building a half an hour before checkout and rushed to dress for the day when a problematic smoke alarm triggered a mess within the hotel. Once the all-clear was issued and people were returned to their rooms, it happened again!! UGH!

Staff was courteous. Everything was clean. Need a bigger refrigerator/freezer. At first it wasn't cold. Come to find out want plugged in. My ice cream melted all over.
