The property was great. However we had the handicap room. Beds are very high so my 93 yr mom had to step on luggage to get into it. She has a poor back also which caused her pain while attempting this. Please get handicap appropriate beds. Also chairs are not comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Residence Inn. Convenient, clean, spacious. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. We were also very impressed with the continental breakfast!

Location is great in Glendale, near restaurants and Cherry Creek. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean. Amenities include a pool and hot tub. Good coffee and tea ready at 6.

酒店不错，位置也很好，步行就能到好几家餐厅。缺点是隔音不太好，能听到林荫大道的车流声，而且停车位还要收费。除此之外，其他都挺好的。
前台很粗鲁。房间需要更新，东西需要修理。感觉非常没有计划，而且乱七八糟。

房间很好，但是街上总是有噪音，让你无法入睡，如果外面有汽车或卡车经过，就像在房间里一样
