The room was great! Very spacious and clean. There was no shower curtain in the second bathroom, so I had to move it back and forth between rooms.
Breakfast was great!
We really enjoyed the pool as well.

The room was good, the staff was great for most part. However, upon arrival we were issued a room number that didn’t even exist, resulting with me and my family running around the hotel looking for this non existent room number.

Clean room and bathroom without any noise issues. Very comfortable.
The indoor pool and hot tub were also perfect for the cold weather outside.
The Complimentary Breakfast was great with Omelettes made to order, fruit, potatoes and bacon, coffee and muffins. Delicious!
Ample parking.

服务非常好，早餐也很棒，就是房间有点老旧，需要翻新一下。
我和丈夫十月份入住这家酒店。我们预订了一间带独立客厅的升级房，也确实拿到了。但是，沙发坐上去非常塌陷，起身都费劲。更糟糕的是，我们入住的第一天早上酒店就停电了。房间里一片漆黑，我们根本看不清，连洗澡都做不到。幸好备用发电机给电梯提供了电力，工作人员也在电梯底部拿着灯迎接我们，让我们能走到大堂。我们决定退房，因为这家酒店连我们需要的照明都无法提供。我们当时已经拉开了所有的窗帘和百叶窗。之后我们直接去了大堂，因为没法洗澡，所以提前一天退房了。回家后，我们要求酒店退还一天的房费，而不是两天，但酒店拒绝了。我们是希尔顿的老顾客了，但酒店似乎并不在意这一点。我非常失望，以后入住酒店需要重新考虑。希望他们能重新考虑。
就价格和入住Embassy酒店而言，我感到很失望。酒店严重被忽视了。地毯显然很久没清洗了。酒店看起来很旧。
因为要赶早去机场，所以在这里住了一晚。凌晨4点半。咖啡一杯要5美元，可以带走……
