Room needs a bit of maintenance, entry door sticking, hard to open. Overall room was satisfactory.

The room was clean. Jas checked us in and she was super friendly and attentive. We were in town for my nieces graduation and did not have a car we thought we would uber but upon research i learned that uber drivers need prior authorization to be on base so I was worried, however, when I spoke to Jas she provided me with a card for someone who transport families to and from base. All of the staff i interacted with were very pleasant.

This property was not what was described . We drove into the location and someone has crashed into the gates. The place looked very run down with no pool like In the back. Photos on line are not what it looks like.

Hotel room was clean a bit outdated. Shower and bathroom did not have good water pressure. Good location for what I was there for.

Check in was fine. Gentleman who checked me in did confuse writing down my room number as one number and telling me the wrong room but once I called him at the desk after he told me the correct one and I had no issue. Heater and fridge worked great bed was comfy, and I used the shampoos that were provided! I liked that the hotel had security in the parking lot as the hotel is off of a main highway. Hotel is older but had been nicely remodeled, the only issue was in the early morning I heard people leaving or going downstairs and the doors to there rooms were slamming shut a soft close feature to be added to the doors would be a nice upgrade! Also walls oh the bathroom could use new Sheetrocking. I wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel but I arrived after midnight and checked out at 8am.
The only issue was I booked my room online through ******* upon check out the bill was $20 higher than my charge the hotel puts an automatic $100 charge until checked out and credit card on file in case of damages I spoke to the front desk attendant she took photos and said she would email them not sure who . So if I get charged any additional monies I will be calling the hotel as I paid for the room well in advance. Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff

Booked this place because of one of the reviews stated it was clean. And let me tell you it was. Lady’s do a great job keeping the rooms clean. Walked in the room and it smelled clean. Not just the rooms. The lobby was also clean. Loved the breakfast they had variety. They even put out cookies for you in the lobby. My three year old loved it!Front desk clerk had great customer service. Overall I highly recommend this place. Already booked my second trip in November.

Needs a deep cleaning to start
Bed was clean, that was about all that was clean in the room. Not particularly comfortable mattress. Only positive really was that room wasn’t noisy.
Bathroom had some black mold which I did report. Someone had smeared what looked like snot on one of the walls.
Lack of upkeep in general, stained carpets, strange smell from AC unit.
