Terrible experience, never coming back!
I arrived at this hotel expecting at least the basics, and I just kept getting more and more disappointed. First of all, they don’t say anywhere that you have to pay for parking. You already pay a lot for the room and then get hit with this extra surprise at check-in. Totally misleading.
Second, there is no breakfast included. Not even a simple coffee or something basic. Nowadays almost every decent hotel offers at least some kind of breakfast, but not this one.
Third, there was only one jacuzzi working. The others were closed/broken. If you book thinking you’re going to relax, forget it. Too many people trying to use the same jacuzzi, you basically have to wait in line. Ridiculous.
To make it worse, there is no microwave in the room, and not even a proper area to heat up food. For anyone traveling with kids or who likes a bit of practicality, this is a huge inconvenience.
Overall, it feels like false advertising, poor facilities and a bunch of little “extras” just to take more money from guests. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again.

Ac was loud . Pool was not heated even though it says heated so we couldn’t take an evening swim . We booked this hotel Bec the pool and booked 20 miles away because of the pool only to be disappointed. Restaurant appeared closed so we had to buy frozen lobby food until someone finally told us you have to order from the bar . I Wasn’t given directions during check in .

想好好睡觉？千万别订这家！假期回老家探亲，之所以选择这家酒店，是因为之前住过很多次，它一直是镇上比较干净的酒店之一。以前住在这里总是很愉快，也很安静，而且离市中心比较远，算是比较好的酒店之一。但是酒店换了管理层，现在已经完全不一样了。我知道酒店离海洋世界很近，所以会有孩子在走廊里大声跑来跑去，这也在意料之中。但我没想到的是，有些日子早上8点泳池边就开始放音乐，一直到晚上10点半，即使是工作日晚上也一样。有天晚上我身体不舒服，多次打电话到楼下，却被告知他们无能为力。周二晚上10点，我听到隔壁房间传来婴儿的哭声，音乐声震耳欲聋，这实在太不合适了。所以，如果你带着小孩，或者出差，或者只是想好好睡一觉，千万别来这家酒店。
太棒了！我们只住了一晚，但体验非常棒，网络很好，地理位置也绝佳（我们要去海洋世界）。
