Bathroom light was out. Front desk had to call someone of site. They said they’d come but not right away because he’s babysitting his kids. This suggests that management is weak.
Won’t have breakfast until tomorrow. If it is like this far, we will be eating somewhere else.

Great staff, room not clean, tv didn't work properly. Nether did the tv remote. Felt low budget, not Marriott normal level of quality.

The staff was friendly and gave great customer service. However, the overall room was not clean, and TV or remote didn't work properly. Felt more like a Motel 6, low budget place. I wouldn't stay again. Not what I'm use to from a Marriott.

Its ok if you are only looking to spend the night breakfast was ok but i thought that it was located in the south there would have been some grits and i stayed more than one night and only got offered 1 complimentary bottle of water at the other Marriotts i got offered one every day and nobody checked and see if we needed fresh towels or toilet paperse ran out

Fairfield Inns used to be top notch. This one was okay but had an odor in our room and the fridge was loud. I chose not to stay and will be requesting a refund.

We drove eight hours and got there at 4.00pm. Luckily I had a copy of my reservation which I made through *******. The Desk clerk could NOT pull up our reservation. There were 4 guest on the line, she checked them into the room according to the reservation on their phone. Well, the next step was to call *******, she was not able to get at least 2 people to help. She called back to ******* for Wayne to speak with the representative, he was DISCONNECTED two times. The clerk called back from the Hotel and had two different customer service, sadly after 6 different calls, we were still standing in the Lobby of the Marriott. WE WERE IN THE LOBBY FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS, until finally, the clerk was able to pull up a previous reservation and checked us in 6.00 pm. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Your customer service DID NOT UNDERSTAND that the Marriott needed ******* to send over the reservation to the Marriott. Someone told her to check us in as a walk-in.
This would make us pay the higher price and I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION WHICH WAS PAID.
