The building the restaurant the bar the room everything was lovely. The only minor issues I had were the toilet paper holder was coming out of the drywall and there was what looked like gunk (didn’t look like mold) around the border of the bathroom mirror

Check in was pretty simple and quick, the staff was nice. The room door had this weird lock on it, so every time we left I had to twist the handle on the inside and try to hold it down while it closed from the outside. So leaving the room took and extra 5 minutes to try and get the door to actually close and not get caught by the deadbolt. The room was dirty, the linen was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. There was random red hair in the shower and dirt in the shower. Hair on the towels and hair hanging from the lamp above the fridge. When it was time for bed I was itching so bad and felt like things crawling on me so I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets with my own blanket. This isn’t the standard that I’ve usually

it was very comfortable. I felt safe. Only complaint is the coffee maker was dirty. I used it to make hot water because I brought my own instant coffee once it poured into the cup the water it had stuff floating in it so I had to go to the dining room to get hot water

Overall, while there were several drawbacks — including the noisy A/C, awkward storage, broken bathroom fan, disappointing view, inconvenient location, and undesirable surroundings — the excellent service from staff like Manuela balanced the experience. With updates to the rooms and more attention to the property’s environment and guest comfort, this hotel has the potential to provide a much stronger stay.

Breakfast options weren’t great - same as the free breakfast you get at other hotels that are usually free excuses was $13 plus $4 for a small orange juice. I expected to be able to order from the restaurant.
