So disappointed
So disappointed as we booked this hotel because of its shuttle service. We confirmed this on 3 different occasions, prior to booking and at our arrival. But no shuttle when we counted on it. We were told it was in an accident the night before. But they didn't secure a replacement van till we already had to fork out $60.00 for parking. We were not the only guests inconvenienced by this situation. We asked Donald at the front desk if they would pay for an Uber, no luck. So we fought traffic and drove to the Alamadome. So disappointed at this situation. Really made us not enjoy the hotel, tho it was comfortable and breakfast was good. This inn was a bit ragged around the edges, reminded me of when I was growing up in NYC in an old apartment building. An ok stay if you are NOT dependent on the shuttle.

Our team did work to secure a rental replacement, which was on-site by 5:00 PM that afternoon, but we deeply regret that this solution was not available in time for your transportation needs. We sincerely apologize for this service failure.We also need to clarify a point of confusion regarding our shuttle's service area. Our advertised shuttle route operates with three drop off points, which unfortunately does not include the Alamodome. Because the Alamodome is outside our established route, our front desk team, including Donald, was unable to provide reimbursement for third-party transportation or parking fees to that destination, even had the shuttle been operational. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding our shuttle’s specific route and policies.We were also concerned to read your comments that you found the inn "a bit ragged." We take guest comfort seriously and will be using your feedback to review the property with our maintenance and leadership teams to identify areas for improvement.We are glad to know that you did find the breakfast to be good, but we clearly missed the mark on delivering the seamless stay you deserved. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and hope we might have another opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Great place ro stay
Staff was super nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was lovely. They did not have a net for the pickleball court which was a big reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was good and the lobby was a good place for us to rally at. Loved riding the scooters to the market square and river walk.
