Good service, clean, breakfast options were ample (love the waffles) and well prepared. Staff was helpful, always available. Well lit parking. The suite was very comfortable. The furniture needs updating (a little worn) but decent. Overall 4.5 out of 5.

Just ok

Needs to be updated. Furniture in room was dusty and very outdated. The air smelled like old dirty carpet. I stood at the check in desk for at least 5 minutes before anyone came from the back to check me in, but I could hear several voices and several staff members passed by me and noticed me waiting. Housekeeping scheduled to come every other day. The pics online don’t reflect the current state of this hotel and I likely won’t stay here again.

I travel frequently and have stayed at a wide variety of properties, but what truly set this location apart was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that lasted throughout my entire stay.

Every team member I interacted with—whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or even maintenance—was not only friendly but truly engaging. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to see this level of consistency across all departments, and it absolutely made a difference.

The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected, but it was the people who made this stay memorable. Their positive energy and attentiveness created a welcoming environment that I won't forget.

Kudos to the entire team for creating such a great guest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

During my stay upon arrival I was greeted by a front desk worker. The greeting was rushed and they proceeded to place two bottles of water and my hand say welcome. Very generic and not warm at all. Then the next day I stayed I woke up to a power outage. Could not use any amenities and it took over an hour to get the power back on. The second night it was a noisy stay. I though it was people opening their doors but the sound was inside the room.

There was a girls basketball team from Huntington High School located in Shreveport Louisiana staying at the same hotel on the second floor. Our room was apparently in the middle of their block of rooms. Their players were rude and kept trying to enter our room. We called the front desk to make the staff know but the noise and unwanted guests persisted until the very early morning hours.
