Awesome famil
Excellent hotel. Super friendly staff. Special thanks to Saleem at check-in and also the lifeguard in the indoor pool, Mahmoud was so nice to my kids. Cant wait to come back

Would definitely stay again next time!
We loved our stay at the Four Seasons Amman. It was up to the exquisite standard of other Four Seasons properties and the staff was incredible making sure we were well-taken care of. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many delicious choices. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with luxury amenities and fixtures. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi in the spa.

这家酒店太棒了！服务一流（每天打扫好几次），细节考虑周到，尽显奢华与格调。瓷制茶杯，无可挑剔的床铺和床上用品，还有漂亮的浴室。绝对物超所值。我一定会再来的。
在瑞吉、丽思卡尔顿及四季之间选择了四季，其中一个原因是停车方便，有泳池。前台服务尚好，不知道是他的英语不标准还是我们的英语太差，反正没听懂多少，但不影响入住。
设施：携程标准。安曼唯一的铂金酒店，设施肯定不错，保养的也很好。床很舒服，虽然很软，但解乏。被子、枕头接触皮肤的感受也很舒服。但是床单有破洞，这样还不更换吗？！睡衣的材质差，手感过于僵硬。
卫生：表面做的不错，但细节不行。刷牙杯底部的污渍相当明显，是没有看到吗？这不是四季的水准。
环境：对面是丽思卡尔顿，楼下主干道，有一点吵。
服务：这个价格的服务如果不好，那就太对不起四季四季这俩字儿了。早餐种类不多，但食材和出品还是有质量的。欢迎甜品是个亮点，本地特色。
这家酒店根本不配挂四季的牌子，充其量就是个四星级酒店。早餐和大部分服务都很糟糕。
如果你期待四季酒店的水平，那肯定会大失所望！
别想着去水疗中心或使用酒店设施了，你会看到柱子上都是霉斑。
安曼最好的酒店
我觉得很难在这处房产上找到任何不妥之处，即便真有那么一丝不苟的地方，我相信在你还没来得及细说之前，他们也会立刻解决。这里简直太棒了。宽敞的空间、完善的设施、安全的环境、符合我们需求的地理位置，最重要的是，员工们让这次入住体验既奢华又精致，同时又不失舒适。我并不经常入住四季酒店，但如果所有四季酒店都像这家一样，我肯定会经常光顾。这处房产本身就非常出色，管理和员工也同样优秀，值得骄傲。这绝对是值得珍藏的宝地。
首先，他们把我们安排在了可吸烟房，房间普遍较小。我们换到第二个房间时，迎宾水果盘竟然没有归还给我们，家具和淋浴龙头都坏了，我们不得不叫工程师来修，肥皂盒也坏了，浴室里没有任何便利设施。总的来说，我们之前住过很多四季酒店，这次是最差的，我们不会再去了。PS：员工很友善，也很有礼貌，但这家酒店需要加大投入才能与其他四季酒店媲美。
