前台工作人员非常友好。酒店很干净,但房间里弥漫着一股浓重的清洁用品味,让我想起了劣质洗车店里廉价的除臭剂。味道太浓了,我们不得不撑开门。床是我睡过的最难闻的床,凹凸不平,需要换掉。我和女儿都睡不好。酒店维护得很好,看得出来员工们为保持这种状态感到自豪。
灯灭,空调没空调,蚂蚁多
我对住在这里的费用和结果感到失望。我住了13号到15号的周末。让我来说说我的一些问题。首先,照片真的还原了房间的真实情况,因为我不知道他们是不是修图了,但当我走进房间时,我震惊了。感觉很脏,很不舒服。其次,蚂蚁多!蚂蚁太可怕了,即使我们没有准备食物,它们也爬满了桌子。我们住的时间越长,蚂蚁的数量就越多。第三,从早上7点到下午2点,灯都灭了,天气很热,我什么也做不了,没法给手机充电,也没法准备。灯灭不是因为有什么事,而是他们没有道歉。没有通知,没有退款/部分退款。我在黑暗和闷热中坐了将近8个小时,他们什么也没做!然后他们打电话到我的房间,说我需要再次付款,尽管我已经全额支付了两晚的费用。我不是一个喜欢抱怨的人,但我必须说我非常失望,希望能得到退款。
第一个房间有股难闻的气味,我们被安排到了第二个房间。地板上有个洞,铺着地毯,有些毛巾也散发着难闻的气味。客房服务甚至没有打扫房间,只是直接去了其他房间。以后不会再来这里了。
唯一美好的体验是我们入住期间得到的客户服务。
床是我在中档酒店体验过的最好的床之一。
工作人员非常有礼貌,乐于助人。
舒格兰/斯塔福德万怡酒店是一家不错的通勤商务酒店。房间里有一张漂亮的办公桌,还有充足的插座供我的笔记本电脑和手机使用。工作人员热情友好。

深夜办理入住的女士太棒了!非常友好、贴心、乐于助人。在经历了一天漫长的工作和三个小时的车程后,她就像一盏明灯!
