Hotel has been here a while and looks and feels a little tired. Staff was very friendly and helpful - my wife is handicapped and the staff gladly provided extra pillows and towels, and a portable fan for the bathroom - it gets hot in there and there is no exhaust fan. Bed was pretty firm and we needed the extra pillows to make it work. Breakfast provided was solid - pancake machine not working one morning and some hot oatmeal would be nice (only instant available). The HIE cinnamon rolls are one reason we chose to stay here. Too cold/windy at this time of year [around Thanksgiving; to visit family] to use the pool, but saw they had a lift chair to allow disabled to access the pool (which my wife would need). Would stay here again.

This motel has over booked and has put us in a twin bed room which stinks like mold and is nasty. I’d like a refund of some of my money. I specifically booked a king room. This is total garbage.

员工非常友好，入住方便，非常干净，早餐不错，酒店内有停车场……各方面都很完善。
