Our room was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The check in process was long and there was confusion about the price. I received a receipt from *******, but Holiday Inn did not. It took a while, but we figured it out. It just wasn’t seamless or quick.

Elevators were slow/not working and I had picked this location because of their accommodating airport shuttle which was 6 am, however when I arrived the person at the desk said that was incorrect and it was 8am for the shuttle so that made my plans a little jumbled.

酒店回复: I'm not sure which site you saw that on but I will look into this today! We have also started shuttles at 8am unless we know in advance. With today being a Holiday I did not have anyone scheduled.

The rokm was cold, we tried adjusting the thermostat multiple times, but it wouldn't adjust. When we arrived it was 65, we turned it up to 72 and when returned it was back down to 65. We all, including kidsz had a hard time sleeping because if jt. Small, but no trash can liners.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. There was a lot of amenities in the area food shopping. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in Iowa.
