We were greeted and assisted by a very friendly, hospitable staff and enjoyed a pleasant stay here.
The hotel is conveniently located near Frankenmuth downtown, but also to other shopping areas and restaurants.

Visited from Ontario, one of the better hotels we've experienced in the states. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel has an ice machine, vending machine, pool and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast has a variety of foods depending on dietery restrictions or preferences such as yogurts, pancakes, eggs, cereals, bacon, etc. Free coffee and water in the lobby all day. They even offered free shuttlebus transportation to the Oktoberfest in Frankenmuth. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Everything was very good. The bed was wonderful, the room was spacious and the breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts. Everything was wonderful and very clean.

The saving grace was the housekeeper on the 2nd floor - we had a stopped up toilet and she took care of it. The beds are too high off the floor - I’m short 5’3” and it was hard to get in. However the bed was fantastic for sleep! We definitely will come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE Toilet was broken when I got to the room. The tub didn’t drain. The bathroom was disgusting. The AC was broken in the lobby and it was 98 degrees, we didn’t eat breakfast because it was so hot. I asked for a refund and the manager lied to my face, then lied to *******. Corporate is even less helpful.
