We stayed 3 days. after the first night we had no housekeeping service. I had to go down to the desk to get clean towels because the room phone didn't work. Second day, we got clean towels and trash emptied but no vacuuming or bed made up. I left a tip the first day but since no one showed up it was still there. I left it for the second day and it was taken but, bed and vacuuming hadn't been done. No tip on third day. Maybe try somewhere else next time. This was the third time at this particular holiday inn. Maybe its time for a change.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and had king pillows for the king bed, instead of bunch of little standard pillows which we don't like so the king pillows were a plus. Check out was at 11 which is nice later than most hotels which helped because there was a winter storm and that late check out helped us wait for roads to get plowed.

It was wasn’t the stay it was ******* itself they are a SCAM. They took my money for a cancelled reservation they never even cancelled for me. There rep waited until after check in to tell me the hotel denied my refund because I didn’t show. They will never cover get my business and I will make sure anyone I know ever work with them either😡😡😡

The room was okay till mid night, after which saw a demon mouse roaming inside the room, pick up the phone and realized that it’s not working. Had to rush to front desk to
let them know, they changed second room TV wasn’t working and requested for room change, third room lamp wasn’t working. By the time I hit the bed it was morning. Very very bad experience, won’t recommend. I wish I can upload the video of mouse

The toilets were so low that they were unusable with disabilities with knees and backs. I had to have assistance to get up from it, and my daughter is having back pains weeks later.

The food was some part at best very limited choices and all cold. The hot tub was nice it was spacious and was very much so big enough for two. It took a moment to figure out how to turn it on there was no direction but once we figured it out easy peasy. The place was quiet and pretty clean taking into consideration the year of the hotel but they did what they could with what they have. The staff was nice I'm sure if there was anything I really needed they would have gotten it except the night staff we asked if they had no she said yes they did went to get it came back told us no they didn't the next morning they had milk how odd.... Now this was also after she made mentioned they wouldn't have milk until Tuesday and today was Monday morning I'm sure you could see the surprise and confusion on my face when looking into the fridge and saying that she had lied to me but it is what it is.
