Very clean, well organized, friendly staff. The breakfast was much better than standard free breakfasts. It is easy to get to, and close to lots of shopping and attractions. Downtown is reachable in about 10 minutes

We enjoyed the space of this room, made traveling with a toddler and a teen calmer. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were very thin. But everywhere was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious and varied, with the main dish changing daily, which was a nice touch. The location is beautiful and adds to the overall experience.
However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. During our five-day stay, the beds were never made, not even once! Trash was only taken out a single time. One of the simple pleasures of staying in a hotel is returning to a freshly made bed and a tidy room, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I’m not sure if this is a new policy, but it definitely took away from the comfort of the stay.

We were in a hurry to a wedding and were sent to a room that is already occupied. Once that was straightened out, our stay was nice and uneventful. I highly recommend.

The tv didn't work. They did have anyone would could look at it because it was the weekend. They could only find 1 down alternative pillow.
