My room hadn’t been cleaned before I gotten in it well at least the towels weren’t changed out once that was taken care of everything was great

The location is great the coffee pot didn’t work in our room, the sheets to the pull out sofa bed were stuffed on the inside so clearly not changed. Beds are not premium they were super hard.

Very Good Stay
Everything was fine except that we tried to heat some food and the microwave didn't work. We were disappointed and had to go to the front desk to get food heated.

Fine for a short stay
The room was fine. The breakfast was not what was pictured in the advertisement. The breakfast was very disappointing-very minimal offerings.

入住当天，我们换了4个不同的房间。灯具漏水，我们住的最后一个房间，我儿子躺在被尿液浸湿的沙发床上。酒店花了16个多小时才清理沙发并更换床垫。在尿液床垫问题之前，我们享受了50%的折扣，这还好。但我12岁的儿子因为房间没有打扫干净，把别人的尿液放在了上面，这简直不可原谅。管理层应该采取更多措施来解决这个问题。如果是他们的孩子，我相信他们会采取不同的措施。我应该从酒店获得15000积分，但到现在还没收到。我们不太可能再住这家酒店了。
