Our stay was great. We were in town for a family funeral. All staff was very courteous. Andrew at check-in made that process simple. The women handling breakfast did a good job of keeping everything stocked. Housekeeping kept our towels replenished.

The staff was great, but we did find a cockroach crawling in our bedroom carpet. So we told the desk and they said they will spray. I opted they do it after we checked out..other than that, it's a great stay!

Toilet ran constantly. Had to turn off water to sleep.
Reported to front desk nothing done. Heat/air unit would not stop running. Finally unplugged . Reported to front desk. Nothing done. I think the building is fairly new. I see bad management.

It was fine. Nothing overly remarkable, but no unpleasant surprises. It was clean, modern. My only complaint is the pool. It was indoors and entirely too hot to use as was the water itself. We stayed 5 minutes and had to leave. The breakfast was very good, decent selection, hot (if that's what you wanted) and plenty of options. I would definitely stay again.

Love this property!
I was checked in with an assistant who was fast, efficient, and so very helpful! He even called to set up a taxi for me for the next morning since they do not shuttle to international. Went above and beyond to explain parking and shuttle process to me! Highly recommend

The unit was clean and the staff was welcoming. The only issues were the bed was the most horrible ive slept on. The pillows are total junk as it becomes a battle balling it up all nigbt

The pool was out of service. Everything else was good. The breakfast was tasty and the dining area was clean. The rooms were sparkling and had all in one. There was shampoo, condition, lotion you name it. The bed was comfty. The sheets were clean like new.
