I prepsid and the lady at front desk said she can see my reservation and that I paid but I had to pay again because she couldnt figure out how to “get the money” she ended up calling a manager to help her. She said she refunded the second charge, I hope so!

Staff was nice and accommodating. Liked the fact that pets could stay. I was petless but t he e staff and pet owners handled the situation well.

My room was for four people but it was set up for 2. Prior to Covid this would not had happened at a Marriott.

I paid extra to stay here for the breakfast and pool. The pool was totally unacceptable. It was as if the staff forgot they had one. My daughter scooped leaves but stopped when realized it needed much mor. No umbrellas. Assign staff pool duty or close it and don’t advertise. So disappointed.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Muffins stale and coffee not good.

I stay here once a year every yeat for AAU basketball tournamanets. Tasha at the front desk was amazing, helpful, lookedto keep the lobby quiet during late hours, was not rude ever in herbapproach, fulled my cooler with ice when asked. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean and well kept. Could use some type of gnat repellent or something though. They get terrible. Parking is easy breakfast is nice, offering several options and a decent sized dining area. Only 1 waffle maker for all guests so that will cost you time. I recommend this hotel though if you need to be in the area. Its less than 7 minutes to walmart, sams club is near, gas stations and academy sports if you may need anything for sporting events.
