When we arrived nobody was at the front desk, after 5 minutes I knock on the back wall and three people came out. I showed my ID and she said I did not have a reservation. I went to my to get my papers and she had entered my name wrong. The room window curtian were hanging by only one hook on both sides and the bathroom shower curtain was unspapped and half falling in the tube. The room was bare of furniture. All it had beside the beds was a desk, a desk chair and one other single chair. The breakfast had these hard muffens with a tiny bit egg on the bottom. It was to hard to eat. I stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns tat were fist class , this one was class Less and I wound not recommend it.

We booked and prepaid for our room and when we arrived to the hotel, there were no rooms and we were sent away to find another hotel. There were no hotels available in a 60-mile radius.

I prepsid and the lady at front desk said she can see my reservation and that I paid but I had to pay again because she couldnt figure out how to “get the money” she ended up calling a manager to help her. She said she refunded the second charge, I hope so!
