I enjoyed the property! My only complaint was the pool was not open which is #1 on my list. The staff was the reason I did not leave. They were genuinely sweet and accommodating

The glass in front was filthy. It looked like it had been years since it was cleaned. The carpet in the hall on the third floor needs to be replaced. There was a large bump in the middle of the hall. The room was very small. The bottom of the desk near the base needed to be dusted. You could see where it had been partially dusted and not finished. There were kids running and yelling in the halls and elevator. We are in our late 70s and had been traveling since 6 a m. We were looking forward to resting and getting some sleep. That didn’t happen until after 11:30. I called the front desk at 10 and the clerk told me the noise had already been taken care of and she argued with me when I told her I was still hearing it. Will not ever recommend this place.

We stayed here while attending an Air Force event, and I was really impressed with what a fantastic venue it was for a social gathering. The hotel has so many inviting spaces for mingling—both indoors and outdoors—with flexible seating options that made it easy to spread out and connect. Highlights included the cozy fire pit, cornhole setup, and a bar that served mixed drinks and light bites, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Our room was equally impressive. The blackout curtains were the best I’ve ever experienced—I literally couldn’t find my way back to bed from the bathroom in the middle of the night because it was so dark! For once, no light crept in at all, which meant I was able to sleep in peacefully.
Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations both as an event venue and as a place to stay overnight. Highly recommend!
