Remodeled king was clean & very comfortable with nice bedding. Hallways were dirty from construction.

Great location for us visiting family. The hotel was having some refurbishment work so it was a bit of a mess looking out our window. However the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice varied and plentiful so all in a good stay, the staff were lovely so all in a good stay!

Renovations going on our floor but it was alll good. Our room was freshly completed and bed was very comfy.

It was for family reunion and it was nice to have the hot protein bar each morning along with the other offers that was a great variety.

The hotel is on a nicer side of town so, I booked it for my daughters birthday slumber party. We had a queen suite. $144..not too bad I thought. But, when I arrived to check in at 4, I heard the front desk tell anithrr couple that all of the rooms were still not clean...It wasn't a huge deal to us because we were just checking in & would be back later on. Also, I understand renovations but the hallways & elevator were gross. Dry wall & little pieces of grass & trash everywhere. Like no one had cleaned in a while. & the sofa bed was super thin & old. Also, the girls wanted to watch a movie but, it was an old outdated TV. We even tried hooking up a PS5 but there was no way to change the input. I definitely wouldn't pay $144 for that again.

Rude front desk attendant
The front desk gentleman was very rude, just stared at us to talk first. Didn’t welcome us or ask how can I help you.
He checked us in and that’s about it. Didn’t tell us about the amenities, what time breakfast was.

The staff was amazing and so nice, could not have asked for better customer service. Only thing I was shocked and disappointed about was construction at motel-there was nothing on the description about construction going on when booking, and just general oldness of it. It did not fit the high rating on ******* and definitely not the cost of the room. I feel it should have been about 40% lower than what I was charged. For the condition of the morel.

The bed was comfortable. However, room/hotel is outdated. Our blanket looked old and had a tear. Quite surprising for a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good at check in and breakfast area. Housekeeping ladies were nice.
