The first floor rooms are done being renovated but the hallways are still being worked on. We couldn’t find the remote to our tv so we couldn’t watch tv. And there was a dead fly on the bathroom floor, as well as the restroom handle being broken. Never again

The hotel is currently under renovation, so finish work everywhere—in the rooms and common areas—is incomplete. Very noisy. The staff was uncharacteristically glum. My mattress felt worn out and repurposed (pre-renovation) and, worse, I found someone else’s long hair and dried blood on the fitted sheet. While I’m usually a Hampton Inn fan and the breakfast was excellent, I won’t likely stay here again.

Was hoping to get farther along but ended up here - should have kept driving even tired. Arrived & first thing I noticed was the sign saying they were remodeling the 1st floor. Ok, it seemed like just the lobby - NO it was the entire 1st floor. Rooms had punch lists next to them. That should have been mentioned when I called and the rate reduced. Neither happened. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor. No notes, ok BUT the flipper u-lock was holding the door open, which was clue #1. Walked in & while it looked new, there was a smell besides "reno". Someones leftovers were in the fridge. Promptly went back to the desk & after some work she found a room on the 2nd floor. Went up, it was better (obviously not ""done" yet), but there was no fridge. I needed a fridge. (No microwave either, but can deal with that.) Went Back down, told her & she said that since the 2nd floor was the next one to be done they'd started taking things out of the rooms. She offered to go "see if I can find one upstairs" to bring to me. She did that & I was a little appeased. Breakfast was inadequate. Was happy to leave. One of my worst hotel experiences in recent memory & I stay in a lot of different ones.

So let me start by staying the Hampton Inn in St. George is fantastic. My boss and I expected the same experience here but this place is atrocious. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst Hampton Inn I've stayed at the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. My sink drain doesn't work, the toilet runs, the walls are thin, my boss's iron didnt work and when he tried to call down to the front desk the phone was broke. There was also hair on the bed, they didn't finish putting the pillow covers on, and there was toilet paper chunks stuck to the sink. This place should be 70 bucks a night. Tvs are dated too.

TLC badly needed in this crappy hotel with minimal service (housekeeping on every other day without notification), bare bone breakfast, and dirty carpet in the room that would make this our last stay at this hotel and dampened our future stays at the Hilton group hotels despite having the Diamond status.

Floor 3 is under renovation. Floor 2 is very dated and worn. We had a queen bed room on floor 2. It was fairly small and not in good shape. There is no way this hotel in its current condition that is should rate a 3 out 4 stars on TripAdvisor. There was an empty trash bag left on the bed. The sound on the TV was very garbled. We will not be staying here again. The front desk was very nice and excited about the renovation.

We stayed here May 2025. The bathroom was disgusting. There was cracked tires on the floor, and there was cracked tiles on the wall. There was marks from marker on the wall. The toilet roll holder was absolutely gross. The carpet was stained and stunk. It’s not good enough for the price we paid the sofa had Mark ‘s on it. The window wells on the window were so black with dirt. I pulled out the bedside lockers. It was just gross not good enough for the price of charging.A d the light bulbs at bedside table didn’t even work.

This hotel is incredibly overdue for a remodel. Peeling wallpaper everywhere, beat up carpet, etc. The Tv didn’t work and the staff knew it when we checked in. Hard no on staying here again. That said- the breakfast room and attendants were really good- thus the 2.

Location - Excellent Price - Excellent 1 night for under $80.00 Check In Process - The young lady who checked me was very polite and informative. Hotel Room/Bed - Tight quarters. Seemed to be an afterthought on spacing with the furniture in the room. Every time I went out of the room my key would not work. It was to the point that when I left the room. I would let the desk agent know, and she would reissue a new key. Breakfast - I just grabbed a quick bite and got back on the road. Overall - It could be updated, and a change out of hallway carpet. It wasn't dirty to my eye, just the wrong pattern/color combination that made it look as if it was dirty.
此房型内装挺简易的,没有微波炉与冰箱,但柜台有提供冰水与饼干可以享用~柜台小姐也挺有耐心的~此价格还行。
