I think there was some confusion by our team member when you called to confirm before booking through ******* and for that I sincerely apologize. We offer a park and fly package in which all transportation to and from the airport and the extended parking is included, and we do offer this package through *******, however the option you selected when booking was not the park & fly package. This is why you were requested to pay for the parking and transportation. Again, I am very sorry this was not made clear when you made your first inquiry with our team. I understand your disappointment and while we would love a second chance to make your next stay great, I can also understand your hesitation to return. We hope that we do get the opportunity to serve you again in the future,

房间干净又宽敞。位置方面，步行范围内没什么可去的。吃饭或买必需品都得开车出去。我们住了两晚，但第一晚过后他们没有打扫房间，也没提供干净毛巾。我会推荐这家酒店给别人吗？……如果你不介意这些不便的话，那当然可以。

我们为孩子们预订了游泳池和水滑梯。游泳池冰冷，无法使用。房间里的遥控器用白色曲棍球胶带固定电池。
太失望了。我们完全是为了没有提供的便利设施而去的。我 3 岁的孩子甚至不能碰水。这是他们的度假胜地，花了 230 美元睡在床上，听两个孩子在冰冷的游泳池里哭泣。
