The staff was awesome and helpful. Our room was very nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very hearty with many choices. Location was convenient and close to the interstate.

首先，入口超级小，像个山洞。狭窄的门道、低矮的天花板、狭窄的大厅、昏暗的灯光。我提前查看了泳池和水疗中心是否开放。水疗中心没有人，而且实际上很冷，泳池房的天花板剥落、开裂，需要维修。房间看起来像是在装修，但实际上并没有。泳池毛巾都是空的。墙壁、门窗都很薄。我们听到楼上有人走动，外面和大厅里都有噪音。电梯又旧又小，又脏又破。我们的房门卡得太紧了，我们不得不用身体的重量才能推开。淋浴喷头和浴室的通风口都从墙上脱落了。浴室的角落和卧室的窗台上长满了霉菌。真恶心！我们每次用水槽，排水都很慢。浴室里只有两条大毛巾，但我们的房间住了四个人。早餐种类丰富，但早餐三明治的面包都干了，煎蛋卷边缘干脆，像是重新加热过一样。香肠从托盘里拿出来就凉了，华夫饼机的喷嘴总是堵塞。果汁机的糖浆用完了，所以流出来的只有稀糊糊的苹果汁。

跟我想象中的万豪酒店完全不一样。它就像一家伪装的6号汽车旅馆。除非你摆弄开关，否则浴室的灯根本亮不了。电视也坏了。整体氛围很糟糕。我不会再住那里了。
首先，它需要彻底翻新。地毯又旧又脏，还有污渍。房间可以更干净一些。浴室淋浴间的墙上有黑色污渍。洗手池旁边的梳妆台上还有蜘蛛网。淋浴水压很弱。我希望水压大一点。至于早餐，我建议去别的地方吃。泳池区域有点老旧。看起来他们正在修理热水浴缸上方的天窗。另外，热水浴缸的水温也不高。如果你不在乎这些，那就还好。但我本来应该住在别的地方。
