Location was great to what I was visiting for. Front staff was not friendly or helpful. Breakfast was not great. Probably won’t stay at this Hampton inn Again.

Dated property, dirty carpet in hallways, hot, stuffy hallway, poorly lit bathroom and bedroom, mold growing in bathroom, rough towels, items like Kleenex empty. But the staff was nice.

We usually stay at Hamptons because there’s a consistent standard, but this property fell far below. The staff were kind and professional, but the hotel itself was in terrible condition. The halls and room reeked of mildew, my daughter’s blanket had mildew on the stitching, and the walls were literally peeling and taped together. We understand older hotels, but this was unacceptable. Sadly, this stay makes us reconsider Hampton altogether.

No to Hampton Suites in Murray, ID
Bathroom floor was very old filthy and cracked tile. Terrible smell covered up by a nauseating carpet perfume every day in the hall.
Breakfast isn’t worth eating.
Both my husband and I had terrible allergies in the room, however, no where else when leaving the room and going out to places off property.
I had a surgery at Intermountain. We paid for three nights and drove home in pain rather than stay another night.

位置好，房间也不错，唯一的缺点是隔音效果不好，能听到楼上走动的声音。
床简直糟透了。走廊里走动的声音都能听见，门缝底下还有灯光。淋浴间底部全是粉色的霉菌，我用纸巾擦掉就好了。而且这还是在我等他们打扫之后。他们甚至都没擦洗过。入住时间是下午4点，我4点半就到了，等了半个小时才有人打扫房间。泳池简直恶心到不行。他们用吸尘器吸了之后，都能看到霉菌的痕迹。热水浴缸也是一样。早餐选择很少，而且味道也不太好。我宁愿去吃塔可钟。以后再也不住这里了。
浴室里有霉菌，房间周围其他表面也很脏。工作人员粗鲁无礼，不乐于助人，我们不会推荐或再次入住
