Location: nestled off main roads, tucked away on a quiet road where there are a few other businesses and at end of road a target and nice shopping and food Room: quiet and you could control the fan in room which was important to me . Clean comfortable and spacious, Staff: all I encountered were fabulous, Food; delicious , wish had more egg options or bacon but the eggs I had were tasty, great coffee fresh all of the time, nice lobby

I am a Hilton Diamond member and I have never been in a Hilton that is so bad that it deserves a -10 review. The worst Hilton I have stayed at. We stayed for a week and I used up all my points and then paid for four days. When we got to our room, it looked good, but it was smelly. It smelled like sewer so we called them and the guy at the front desk came upstairs and agreed saying it does smell bad but he will have engineer come in the morning. He didn’t know why it was so smelly. In the morning the engineer came and put a lot of different kinds of liquids and told us that all the drains for sink, toilet, and shower are connected and go through under the shower and that’s why when the water is not on it smells. After about a couple of hours, it started smelling again. We asked them for a different room, but they said they’re full and there are no rooms available for the whole week. I did ask a few different times, but they kept on saying there were no rooms available. The night staff and night manager was nice and told me that a manager would come see me in the morning, but for seven days, I was there not a single manager came in. I was there for work and other hotels were very expensive and I had already used up my points so I was stuck here. The management lies and never shows up. As others have mentioned, there is no early check-in or late checkout. The hotel was empty as you can see there was no one in the parking lot but they told me I had to leave by 12. I was an hour late and they charged me. I have never seen such a rude staff that is so unprofessional. I don’t recommend this Hilton to anyone. This is a franchise and the owners need to learn how to be in this hospitality business and be a professional Hilton franchisee.

I was booked at this hotel by a relative. The hotel itself was decent, but the house keeping needs to actually provide house keeping. I took photographs of hair on the shower siding before I even had the chance to use it. I have no hair due to illness, so I knew that I was going to chat with mgmt. I made contact with the assistant GM, sending the photos. My concerns apparently were not of concern. I had to steam a room that should have been cleaned prior to my arrival. The clerk at the front desk was so helpful, I talked to her multiple times and feel bad that I did not get her name.

偏僻,安静舒适。房间干净现代,基本配备小厨房。后面有散步区。漂亮的游泳池,浴室配有淋浴。丰盛的早餐,有煎蛋卷、早餐三明治等。工作人员很友好 - 非常乐于助人,相处起来很愉快。
真的很干净,床很舒服,厨房也不错。但如果你想去吃东西,附近没有地方。你可以去 Grubhub。
