The hot water in the shower was barely warm. The air conditioning unit was so loud and noisy it sounded like rocks were being thrown around inside, kept us up all night.

There were no amenities in the room. As we entered in the room it had wired smell. My brother booked a suite but that had no space, it was smaller than room with 2 queen beds. Overall we didn't like our stay.

Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff allowed us access to the closed dining area's microwave so that we could heat up our dinners. They even stored our frozen food in the staff freezer for us and retrieved it when we needed it. Would stay again.

This hotel is outdated and needs major updates, especially when it comes to the thermostat/air conditioner. It was pretty clean but really showing its age. The price was too high for the quality. Being that it’s the only hotel in the area it did what we needed it to while we were traveling to Maine.

住过很多美国酒店，这个必需评价一下，设施、早餐这些中规中矩，隔壁就是大型超市，应有尽有，本来也挺好的。值得一提的是，服务员不来我房间打扫卫生，住了半个月，要隔一天才会来问一次，到后面直接三天都不见人来，我走出房间门去吃早餐，我隔壁房间正在打扫，我还跟服务员问了声早上好，心里想我的房间终于轮到可以打扫了，等我吃完，外出办完事回来，竟然还是没有打扫卫生，房间垃圾桶都堆满了，毛巾也用得没换的了。第二天我就跟走廊里正在打扫卫生的服务员说，请她来打扫房间卫生，她竟然问我需要做些什么，我说换垃圾桶、换毛巾、补充房间消耗品等等😵💫，这不是很离谱吗？退房的时候，前台服务员装作没看见我，态度很冷淡。所以我只能说，这个酒店对中国人不友好，并且基本服务都不合格，配不上希尔顿这个名号，房费一千二这么贵，得不到应该有的基本服务。
中规中矩的酒店，在这山旮旯也算可以了。早晨挺好，供应时间长，而且较丰富。大堂全日有咖啡。最惊喜的是紧邻一间大超市，水果熟食蔬菜一站式购齐，超级方便，加分！
