BED BUGS!!! I stayed here Saturday May 3rd. A few days later I was covered with bites, which watered confirmed as bed bugs by a doctor. I filed a claim with the hotel’s insurers (who only covers for medical claims) and they admitted my claim was true and paid for my urgent care visit. I have asked the hotel to refund me for that night’s stay once the bed bug bites were authenticated and they aren’t replying, so hopefully You read my review and decide against staying here!

The room was great but the highlight is the front desk team! Extremely efficient and helpful they made the stay unforgettable. Tyeshia is awesome! I will return for sure, big thanks!

The room showed extreme signs of wear: rust, holes, and overall old design throughout. I did utilize the shuttle, but it took close to 45 minutes to pick up from DCA and then on the way out the driver did not drop me off at the station I requested. In fact, she told me “we don’t go there” and I said “it’s on the list of shuttle stops the front desk.”

Great stay from start to finish. At check-in my request for high floor room was accomplished. The hotel was clean and the staff at the front were courteous and accommodating throughout the stay. Whole Foods and several restaurants are nearby.
