I had 2 bad rooms. First room had no hot water the 2nd did not have a working toilet. Needed to stay In room as the hotel was sold out

Convenient to restaurants and shops. Metro station at this location so very convenient especially getting into DC. Really couldn’t ask for better. I will always stay here when visiting the area.

房间卫生很好，但是停车还需要22美元，app里没有说明，没有冰箱，只有微波炉，床是1.8米的，性价比还可以。
上午9:30居然来敲门，问我几点check out ，有点无语。
电视还是坏的。根本没人来修。
我在这家酒店住了好几天。
第一次发现美国酒店的自来水出来有霉味。令人惊讶。不知是水管不干净还是怎么回事，刷牙，洗澡都能闻到霉味.令人匪夷所思。
服务很棒，超出了预期。
好酒店，地理位置优越，餐饮也很棒，我们还会再来。
我走进大厅办理入住时，看到三个人正在交谈——两男一女。那个看起来像经理的人在我走近时，给了我一个不太愉快的眼神，仿佛在问我为什么来这里。没有人理我或跟我打招呼。最终帮我办理入住的那位先生虽然尽力了，但整体的互动体验却差强人意。
那天晚上晚些时候，我下楼到餐厅吃了点简单的东西——一块蛋糕和一杯葡萄酒。只有一位女士负责所有桌位。我知道她一个人在忙，所以我耐心地等着她点餐，尤其是她向我保证不会等太久。
不幸的是，我最终等了二三十分钟。她开了瓶酒，但随后被叫到后面，把酒瓶打开了，无人照管。她继续招待其他几位客人，而我的酒却一动不动。那时，我已经喝够了，没等她点酒就走了。
更令人沮丧的是，房间里的床比预想的要小得多——我付了钱订的是大床，但感觉小得多。我翻身的时候甚至把手肘撞到了台灯。
最后，退房的时候，前台的女士态度极其冷淡，漠不关心，好像我在要求免费入住一样。我真的很失望地离开了。这已经是我过去两个月里第二次在希尔顿遇到如此糟糕的体验了。以后我一定会选择其他酒店。
