Hot breakfast, large balconies to eat or people watch. Large jacuzzi tub and beautiful slightly heated pool. Clean room. Friendly staff.

The maids were nice but did not speak English very well. They should at least know the names of items on their carts without referring to their phones for translation. At the beach, cleaning the rooms every two days is not enough.

As a long time, former beach resident, the staff made me feel right at home. Everything about our experience, from the ocean view and right down to the pillows and perfect bed, was top drawer. My favorite hotel on the ocean in North Jacksonville Beach.

The staff is the best! We stay here frequently, the rooms are laid out very well, nice size and easy to spread out with a family. The best pool, food, live music at the tiki bar, and a great location. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. This place is a gem.

I give this 5 as the overall stay was fantastic. Great to have a pet friendly hotel, amazing staff, clean, and good food. Given its pet friendly nature having a bit more green in the landscape would have been great for the pup to go but we made things work.
Mattresses are less than the most comfortable but it’s a hotel, that said paying 200 or close to it a night I’m sure there are options for a changing of those to something a bit better. Personal opinion here on that subject.
Plungers in the room would be great. My 7 year old clogged the toilet and to call some random maintenance person up to simply plunge it would have been embarrassing for her and given I was there with my two daughters alone I don’t want some random stranger in my room employee or not. No offense but I don’t need Someone to plunge it for me on holiday or not.

Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Pool was great which is why we booked here! Parking is a bit hectic. Besides that, place was nice, rooms were nice, good experience all together!

在网上预订房间后，我抵达酒店办理入住，开始了为期三天两夜的疗伤之旅。第二天早上，我收到银行的通知，显示酒店有三笔待处理的交易，费用是预订金额的两倍。我赶紧到前台询问原因。前台告诉我他们也不确定为什么会这样，但保证系统已经更正，最终费用只会是我在网上预订的金额。我向前台解释说，我的钱被冻结在待处理的交易中，这意味着我没有钱去吃饭和加油。他们很快道歉并给了我一些折扣，但这并不能改变我的钱仍然被冻结的事实。我开车回家，前台向我保证已经取消了重复的交易。我联系了银行，等了三天时间才等到所有款项到账。这次旅行原本应该是一次放松身心、寻找自我的旅程，结果我却感到压力巨大，情绪低落。
