All of the staff members were exceptional. The complimentary breakfasts were very good. What stood out the most to us was the daily communication (only one a day) asking if we needed anything.

Late night staff was extremely accommodating regarding disability vehicle parking with a trailer...very much appreciated! Disability Room toilet was very low to the floor. We had to contact emergency services to get spouse off the toilet! Future bathroom trips had to be made through the front lobby toilet accommodation.

Very clean room, friendly staff, and quiet. The hot tub was actually hot! It was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

住了一晚，房间很干净，但是有点老旧。房间里的空调噪音很大。早餐很丰盛。
房间很干净，但浴室的填缝剂可以改善一下。位置很好，就在阿尔伯克基中南部，靠近机场。有位前台员工非常好，但另一位就不太礼貌。早餐很棒，但奶制品冰箱应该调到更冷的温度。
Holiday inn的品牌是可信的
除了洗澡用水太烫，其他都很好，早餐很多样化
