We stayed during the Balloon Festival. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the festival area and very easy. Or, you can pay for the hotel shuttle to take and pick you up. We paid and Marco, the driver, was awesome. Shuttle runs about every 10-15 minutes during the morning/evening events, but will come and pick you up anytime with just a call. During the festival they had nightly happy hour with free drinks and snacks which was a welcome treat. Breakfast is good and it's kept very well stocked. During the festival, they opened the breakfast area by 4:15 am so festival goers could eat before the first shuttles left.
Hotel itself is clean and the staff is awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. It's a bit noisy from guests and the nearby road, but I've had worse. Some earplugs took care of most of the issue. For the price, proximity, amenities and service, the hotel can't be beat.

The gal working the front desk was nice, but new and had some trouble figuring things out. She was very helpful when I realized I had forgotten my toothpaste.The morning attendant barely spoke to me when i came down in the morning to use the gym.

For some reason, the carpet was soaked. I could not walk on it and sock feet. The air conditioner was very loud. You could hear neighbors through the walls all night long.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The quality and cleanliness needs to be improved. The floor in my bathroom was very disgusting and dirty, the door had a hole and the bed side lamps didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work and the gym three machines and some free weights. Not worth the price! I usually post pictures of the hotel but not this time.

The shower heard was disgustingly dirty with buildup. And water was leaking from tub faucet. Othe than that everything was fine.

Thind were broken , floors looked very dingy, no one was cleaning at breakfasr and guest had ti sit at dirty tables.
