A large number of homeless in the area. The property is older and beginning to show its age. Bunch of kids on on our floor running in the hall, slamming doors, and yelling. Staff was above average and room was clean.

The room was extremely clean, the refrigerator cold, bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The bed was comfortable but I couldn't get the TV to work. I think I had to pay $5.00 for the Internet so it's not free. It is loud being near the freeway and lots of sirens so bring war plugs. The staff was very friendly.

Staff was very polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries supplied were fantastic. Breakfast was a good variety.
