We're locals who chose to stay at the hotel for an event. While the hotel isn't new, it was clean and well maintained. We know the area and while some think it isn't the best, we felt like we had a great value here and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was convenient, safe, clean and you can tell they are committed to their customers. We'll definitely stay here again next year.

It’s next to the I-40, the truck traffic is loud, get better windows for the hotel. They put me in a room facing the freeway. The traffic is heavy 24-7.
They gave us a cute pet welcome bag.

One of the rooms we got smelled. It smelled like dirty water. There were tons of stains everywhere.

The hotel itself is nice and my stays have always been great. The area around it is a bit downtrodden but easy access to the highway and thebpeople im visiting make it not a big concern.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Hotel was clean and smelled great. A little outdated but it was clean. Breakfast was great and hotel staff were kind and friendly.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. After staying in another very noisy hotel, it was a relief to finish my visit at the Hampton Inn. Quiet, clean, accommodating. Great breakfast. Great pool. Across the street from a brewery and food court but there's no noise!
Will never risk staying elsewhere. Did I mention convenient, too?
