This hotel was an extended stay and needless to say there was a lot of people smoking around the property and throwing their cigarette butts on the ground, even though there was an ashtray and signs. Some people are just plain rude. The room was nice, but had cigaret burns on the sheets, which were changed once I made management aware, but this should never have been allowed. Also the towels we were given had old stains on them like some one used them to mop the floor with. The room had a kitchen with a full size fridge which was nice, but most of the dishes and cutlery was missing. The coffee pot in the pictures was a regular coffee pot, but the one in the room was a tiny one that used pods. We were given extra pods, but it seemed that we had to ask for things which should have been there. Management was very accommodating and friendly and even saved a parking for us during our four night stay. I did not feel very comfortable. The location was the best part of our stay. Close to Walmart and restaurants, and very close to highways.

Horrible Experience
This place is absolutely disgusting. I booked 2 days and checked out after the first night!!! I couldn't wait for the sun to come up!. Roaches and dirt stains everywhere! I DO NOT recommend. The board of health should come in and shut this place down

What really made my stay here great was the staff. They were incredibly down-to-earth, helpful, and quick to respond to any concerns. When I first checked in, the room I was given looked worn out, especially the couch and carpet, which were clearly due for replacement. I brought it up to the front desk, and they immediately changed my room without any hassle.
The second room was excellent and had everything I expected from an extended stay: cooking utensils, a clean and comfortable setup, and a welcoming atmosphere. Parking was easy, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay.
The only hiccup was being overcharged at checkout. Thankfully, the manager handled it promptly and professionally. Every time I called to follow up, someone answered the phone, apologized for the error, and provided updates on the refund.
Despite the rocky start, the service more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again.
