Not only did I not stay on the property but now I have to pay full price even tho when I booked I booked in advance was not able to cancel or modify my stay. Such poor communication from this property. I sent an email and nothing, called!, And nothing!. Couldn’t get an honest answer.
这个酒店前台小哥服务很好,提前确认帮我们准备好房间,算是安静卫生,设施整体旧一些,桌子都有些磕碰之类的,早餐好像一般,可能是西式早餐都差不多。离客户也算近。

我们从佛罗里达到宾夕法尼亚旅途中的中转站。
我们还会再来的。
公共区域气味难闻,房间里的地毯也没有吸引力。早餐真的没什么意思。鸡蛋尝起来像咸水,负责满足我们要求的女士没有礼貌。
我们住了 2 晚,却从未收到过干净的毛巾或浴巾。不得不向他们要卫生纸。他们从未换过床单或清空垃圾桶。我们到达时,前台的人正在打电话,有几分钟“没看到我们”。我们有 3 位客人,但她没看到我们。
非常吵闹,酒店需要翻新。房间的价格与酒店的外观不符。非常令人失望。这是给汽车旅馆 8 而不是万豪的合作伙伴。房间似乎是先到先得。我提前支付了特大床房的费用。到达酒店后,工作人员告知只剩下一间特大号残疾人专用房。
太多问题了。最重要的是空调坏了,酒店里任何地方都坏了。房间不干净(冰桶很脏,地板上有垃圾)。毛巾很薄。早餐不好吃。
早餐区没有咖啡。房间里的电视坏了。即使我在前台留下了姓名和电话号码,经理也懒得打电话。这是一家糟糕的酒店。
