This was our third Fairfield stay during a recent roadtrip. We chose to book Fairfield because the first 2 experiences in other cities were great. This one wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t up to the same standards. The curtains were stained and the walls were peeling around the window. The breakfast options were much more limited than the other locations. Overall not bad, but we were expecting better.

Breakfast was good, Nikki at check-in was pleasant and welcoming, plenty of parking.
Room was nice but there was heavy smoke smell that was over powering in the hallways did not appreciate that as my wife is allergic to smoke.

Everything was good except breakfast.
Front desk clerk was my favorite. She is so friendly and very professional
这个酒店前台小哥服务很好，提前确认帮我们准备好房间，算是安静卫生，设施整体旧一些，桌子都有些磕碰之类的，早餐好像一般，可能是西式早餐都差不多。离客户也算近。

公共区域气味难闻，房间里的地毯也没有吸引力。早餐真的没什么意思。鸡蛋尝起来像咸水，负责满足我们要求的女士没有礼貌。
我们住了 2 晚，却从未收到过干净的毛巾或浴巾。不得不向他们要卫生纸。他们从未换过床单或清空垃圾桶。我们到达时，前台的人正在打电话，有几分钟“没看到我们”。我们有 3 位客人，但她没看到我们。
非常吵闹，酒店需要翻新。房间的价格与酒店的外观不符。非常令人失望。这是给汽车旅馆 8 而不是万豪的合作伙伴。房间似乎是先到先得。我提前支付了特大床房的费用。到达酒店后，工作人员告知只剩下一间特大号残疾人专用房。
太多问题了。最重要的是空调坏了，酒店里任何地方都坏了。房间不干净（冰桶很脏，地板上有垃圾）。毛巾很薄。早餐不好吃。
早餐区没有咖啡。房间里的电视坏了。即使我在前台留下了姓名和电话号码，经理也懒得打电话。这是一家糟糕的酒店。
