The receptionist whom checked me in was a pleasant delight. So warm and welcoming. It feels good to see someone care about their work. I hate I didn’t ask of her name.

The hotel is very nice, close to whatever you are looking to do whether it be visiting for the first time or on a business trip. Staff is amazing.

Room was really nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was very disappointing and we had to grab breakfast somewhere else.

Girl at desk when checking in was so accommodating! Elevator not working good at all! No good area for pet!! Poison ivy everywhere! Back patio dirty with ashes frim cigarettes! People let their dogs jump on furniture! No flowers and not kept clean.

Great location to meals, shopping and highways
The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room and common areas were well maintained and clean . I was always greeted by a staff member everyday which was nice. The hotel was nicely landscaped and well maintained. The only thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the gym. The weights maxed out at 50lbs and there was no cable machine. It did have a bench and some cardio machines which were in great shape and good grade of equipment.

Sisters birthday vacay!
Great location to stay if you want to visit Asheville and surrounding areas including the Blue Ridge Parkway. Had a great birthday stay!

OK - but a little inconvenient.
It was nice for the evening, but you could not see the TV from the desk area. Also the toilet paper was not convenient to the toilet. I had to stand up to reach it where it was.

Clean, comfortable but poor breakfast.
Hotel was clean. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. However, breakfast was the worst I have ever had in many hotel stays. We had to spend money having breakfast outside. No decent scrambled eggs. Egg patties were tasteless. No pastries on any day. Very cold boiled eggs. The only good thing was the coffee. I will not return to this hotel.

Rooms were just as pictured online. Elevator was kind of slow. Breakfast was fair and different each morning, but not an extensive selection. Biscuits were very good, but no sausage gravy to go with them (sad emoji). Staff were all very polite and check in host had helpful brewery suggestions that we took advantage of.
